From a simple convenience store to a local business, Cadisco has taken the step. Cadismarket is the first family-owned, independent, 100% Saint Martin’s chain on the French part of the island, with four stores that are changing the game in terms of supplies. A new concept is born!
The change took place, because or thanks to Irma, which totally destroyed the gas stations of Sandy Ground and Baie Nettlé. Everything had to be rebuilt, so if we had to do it, we might as well do it better while offering an additional service: a real supermarket attached to each station. Months of work were necessary and a Parisian agency specialized in layout was in charge of exploiting every square inch. The furniture was specially created in metropolitan France. Today, consumers can find the essentials and more in the stores of Sandy Ground, accessible by boat, Nettle Bay or Orient Bay.
Indeed, the products offered have nothing to envy to the big brands and we find most of the big French brands, but also historical brands on the territory like Belle France, appreciated by the people of St. Martin for its quality-price ratio. The fruit and vegetable departments offer local and Caribbean products, as well as some of the most popular French products. For frozen food, fresh food and groceries, the centralization of supplies via French distribution allows for very attractive prices. Finally, wine lovers will be delighted with the 300 or so wine and spirits references. The deliberate choice to apply very reasonable prices is an additional advantage for customers.
